ANNOUNCEMENT
DIRECTIVE ON PREVENTION OF COVID-19
To:
– Heads of Units
– All staff and students
Implementing the direction of the people’s committee of Danang at Dispatch 4869/UBND-SYT on 26th July 2020 about urgent deployment of treatment and prevention of COVID-19 during the new situation requesting to stop several activities to limit gatherings from 13.00 26th July 2020, the board of leaders in COVID prevention from UFLS order:
- All staff and student must follow strictly Directive 19/CT-TTg 24th April 2020 by the Prime Minister in terms of practices of preventing COVID-19.
- Staff and students who contacted with contagious sources, especially case 416 and 418, are urgently requested to claim medical reports and stay quarantined indoors. In case of showing symptoms of fever, courgh and lack of breath, please immediately inform the nearest clinics.
- All staff and student cease going to university from tomorrow until further notice, specifically as follows:
- All teaching and learning activities would be transferred online according to the curriculum.
- Postpone the in-school examinations until further notice.
- Temporarily stop the meetings, conferences with gatherings of more than 20 people.
- Staff, students, and guests are strictly requested to check temperature, wear masks and cleanse hands.
- Staff are requested to make careful reflection on their travel history, contacts to ensure safety rules.
- Office of Organization and Administration and other units are requested to practice sanization in the whole building.
During th practice, questions and issues should be forwarded to receptions of the board of leader in the office of organization and administration (Mr. Nguyen Huu Quy – 0397968781) and head of office of student affairs (Mr. Nguyen Thai Trung – 0905167544)
