Announcement number 2 in organisation of international scientific conference on the theme of tertiary education in Vietnam and Asia equivalence and collaboration opportunities to University of foreign language studies in recent times tertiary education in Vietnam specifically and in Asia in general has substantially expanded, attained a lot of remarkable achievement. However, such system of education also revealed issues that need researching, resolving and reforming. The most noticeable issues comprise quality, finance, administration, evaluation and assessment of quality, international integration and collaboration. The above-mentioned topics play an important role not only in Vietnam but also Asian nations because education is regarded as a social development strategy based on the foundation of 21st century knowledge. To become an efficient strategy for the expansion of economy and society, tertiary education must act as knowledge constructor, understand and and apply technological trends, training the intellectual workforce resources through teaching, researching and international collaboration. For that reason University of Education – The University of Danang found it necessary to organize the conference.

To celebrate the 45th anniversary of University of Education – University of Danang. At the same time, a forum would be established for educational institutions, experts, scientists to announce new research findings, open academic exchanges and to find collaboration opportunities as well as find out solutions to current situation and orientation for future development of tertiary education in Vietnam and Asia.

Due dates for registration:
- Early bird registration: before 30th July 2020
- Normal registration: before 30th August 2020
- Deadline for whole paper submission: before 15th August 2020
- Selected paper to be sent to Scopus magazine would be announced before 20th september 2020.
