\n\t\tPursuant to the Government’s Decree No. 32 \/ CP of April 4, 1994 on the establishment of The University of Da Nang;<\/div>\n
\n\t\t\u00a0<\/div>\n
\n\t\tPursuant to the Prime Minister’s Decision No. 79 \/ QD-TTg of August 26, 2002 establishing University of Foreign Languages Studies – The University of Danang.<\/div>\n
\n\t\t\u00a0<\/div>\n
\n\t\tPursuant to the Minister of Education and Training’s Circular No. 08\/2014 \/ TT-BGD & DT of March 20, 2014, promulgating the Regulation on organization and operation of regional universities and higher education institution members;<\/div>\n
\n\t\t\u00a0<\/div>\n
\n\t\tPursuant to the Regulation on duties and powers of the University of Danang, member higher education institutions and their affiliated units, issued together with Decision No. 6930 \/ QD-UD on December 1, 2014 by the President of the University of Danang;<\/div>\n
\n\t\t\u00a0<\/div>\n
\n\t\tPursuant to the Regulation on functions, duties and powers of the affiliated Departments, Departments and Groups attached to Decision No. 157 \/ QD-DHNN dated March 10, 2015 of the Rector of University of Foreign Languages Studies – The University of Danang;<\/div>\n
\n\t\t\u00a0<\/div>\n
\n\t\tPursuant to report sheet on 20 July 2020 of Faculty of Foreign Language Teacher Education on Recommending Committee Members of Thesis Defense in 2019 \u2013 2020.<\/div>\n
\n\t\t\u00a0<\/div>\n
\n\t\tAccording to the suggestion by Head of Office of Education and Training.<\/div>\n
\n\t\t\u00a0<\/div>\n
\n\t\tDECIDED<\/div>\n
\n\t\t\u00a0<\/div>\n
\n\t\tArticle 1. Establish Thesis Defense Committee for full-time students at Faculty of Foreign Language Teacher Education in the academic year of 2019-2020 with members included in the enclosed list.<\/div>\n
\n\t\t\u00a0<\/div>\n
\n\t\tArticle 2. The Committee is requested to organize thesis defense according to the rules and regulations issued by the Ministry of Education and Training. Following the completion of the thesis defence should be the disbandment of the committee.<\/div>\n
\n\t\t\u00a0<\/div>\n
\n\t\tArticle 3. Heads of related units and members mentioned in the list are responsible to commence this decision.<\/div>\n
