University of foreign language studies-The University of Da Nang to reopen, impose safety requirements and ensure Covid-19 prevention (4/5/2020)

University of foreign language studies-The university of Da Nang set out safety conditions to readmit students on May 4th .In order to ensure the well-being of officials and students as well as the continuous Covid-19 prevention, the university examined the preparatory work for the return of students.

Respectively, precautions according to the guidelines from Ministry of education, Ministry of Health, localities and the command of director of Da Nang University are strictly adhered to guarantee school safety. A wide range of measures to strengthen epidemic prevention are adopted before students back to school including: cleaning, disinfecting classroom, providing necessary facilities, sanitizer and soap and promoting dissemination on preventive measures. Besides, the university actively raises students’ awareness of standard procedures such as: hand washing, temperature checking and also publicizes medical hotline for students displaying fever, cough or shortness of breath symptoms.
Due to unexpected situation of Covid-19, along with academic affairs, University of foreign language studies consistently informs officials and students about Covid-19 prevention to protect their health and community as well as assures the effectiveness of learning. Additionally, academic and supporting staff, students, graduates are allowed to attend class only when they have no sign of Covid-19, any individuals showing fever, cough or difficulty in breathing will be forced to isolate themselves at home and announce the university and medical center for further guidance. Until the eradication of the pandemic, the educational institution shall restrict events of mass gathering and students going abroad for studying, exchanging or researching purposes are not appointed amid pandemic.
